Revitalization Extensive Project Funding (REPF) is for larger scale projects between $20,001 and $50,000. Intake for 2024 will open on May 1 and close on June 28.

Balwin and Belvedere communities were approved for the Neighbourhood Revitalization program in June 2018. The City worked with Balwin and Belvedere community members through 2018-2019 to gather input and identify key components of the Revitalization strategy. This was done through a strategy development community working group, focused neighbourhood discussions and large public engagement drop in events.
Community members shared their priorities for infrastructure improvements in 2019-21. These investments would support the revitalization goals in Balwin and Belvedere and the City is putting these priorities into action through capital project funding.

Five parks in the Balwin and Belvedere Neighbourhoods have been prioritized for revitalization.
Three roadways in the Balwin and Belvedere Neighbourhoods have been prioritized for revitalization.
Residents, local organizations and businesses can access program funding for community-led initiatives through the: Revitalization Micro-Grants, Revitalization Project Macro-Grants and Revitalization Extensive Project Fund.
