Open House to Discuss Proposed Changes to Zoning Bylaw

Citizens are invited to an open house about proposed changes to the City’s Zoning Bylaw. The proposed changes would allow for narrower house lots in some residential zones, implement the Residential Infill Guidelines, and amend some parts of the Mature Neighbourhood Overlay.

Time: 4-7:30pm
Location: City Hall, City Room
The meeting is your opportunity to learn more about the proposed Zoning Bylaw changes and provide your feedback to the City. Feedback will be summarized in a report scheduled to go to Executive Committee on January 28, 2013.
