A public meeting is being held to discuss proposed changes to allow development of commercial space and stormwater management facilities in the Ellerslie area.

A public meeting is being held to discuss a proposed amendment to the Ellerslie Area Structure Plan and Zoning Bylaw.
These proposed amendments will allow for the development of medium intensity commercial uses, primarily in the form of offices, as well as limited opportunity for residential development. The rezoning will also allow for the development of stormwater management facilities.
