Downtown LRT Connector: Be Informed

The City of Edmonton is recommending a concept plan for the Downtown LRT Connector that will be linked with the future street-level West and Southeast LRT lines. This plan identifies track and station locations, pedestrian and cyclist connections, vehicle access changes.
The public is invited to attend an information session:
Date: Thursday, April 28, 2011
Time: 4 - 8pm
Location: City Hall, 1 Sir Winston Churchill Square
A presentation will be given at 4:30pm and 7pm, followed by a Q&A session. Project staff will also be on hand to answer questions throughout the evening.
The Downtown LRT Connector concept plan will be presented to the Transportation and Public Works Committee on Wednesday, May 25. Edmontonians will have an opportunity to present their views about the plan at the May 25 meeting.
