Public Consultation on City Centre Redevelopment Begins

Public consultation workshops on the City Centre airport land redevelopment are getting underway.
Citizen input will help further refine the conceptual plan for the area, including: roads and transit; land uses and densities; and green space amenities.

In addition to these general public workshops there are also meetings throughout the 15-month process with up to 14 stakeholder groups including business and service providers, builders and developers, social service agencies, school boards/post-secondary institutions, museums, arts and culture groups, First Nation, Inuit and Metis Urban Aboriginals, the multicultural community, among others.
