Changes to Paying by Mobile Device

Paying for EPark is now simpler and easier to do by mobile phone without using an app or online account.

Customers can quickly pay for parking online or by scanning a QR code posted on the front of EPark machines.

For those who like to use an app to pay and manage parking, a new app by HotSpot will be available on Google Play and the App Store on May 15, 2024.

EPark features introduced in 2023 including free 15-minute curbside parking, extended hours, and adjusted rates will apply under the new system.

City Hall Parkade is closed until further notice.

Parking is available at Stanley A. Milner Library parkade or on-street. Please contact 311 if you have questions related to the closures.
