Kinsmen Park is located between the High Level Bridge and Walterdale Road on the south banks of the North Saskatchewan River. The park is adjacent to Queen Elizabeth Park to the east and Emily Murphy to the west, and is home to Kinsmen Sports Centre and Queen Elizabeth Outdoor Pool. The park is named after the Kinsmen Association of Canada, who helped raise money in the community to build the facility in the 1950s and 1960s.
Kinsmen Park has 1 picnic site available for reservation during the summer. Picnic site tables not reserved in advance may be used on a first-come, first-served basis.
