Information on parking rates for on-street and off-street parking, including hourly, daily, and monthly rates. Visitors can also find information on the hours of operation for each parking facility, as well as any special events or holidays that may affect parking availability.
Learn how to pay as EPark has several convenient ways to pay for parking with or without an account.
Starting on April 14, 2025 the City will begin transitioning to a mobile-only parking payment system, and all EPark machines will be removed.
Between March 31 - April 14, 2025, decals will be placed on the front and sides of all EPark machines to notify customers that the machines are scheduled to be removed and inform people to pay online, or by scanning a QR code on a posted sign or downloading the HotSpot Parking app.
The initiative is part of the City’s effort to modernize its mobile infrastructure, focus on core services, and maintain financial sustainability.
Parking rates are indicated on EPark pay machines, the EPark map and the HotSpot Parking app.

Event parking rates are in effect when there is a major event at Rogers Place where expected attendance is 5,000 or over. Rates apply to stalls from 97 Street to 109 Street and Jasper Avenue to 107 Avenue.
Accessible Drop-Off Zone
Use the accessible drop-off zone along the north side of 104 Avenue and the west side of 102 Street, north of 104 Avenue.
