Person using an epark machine

EPark has new, easy ways to pay for parking without an account.

Tap and pay with your phone using FastTap or pay online. Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Visa Debit or Debit Mastercard will be accepted. No account is needed - you only need to enter your licence plate when you start a parking session.

You can use coins, Mastercard, Visa or Amex at EPark machines.

The following cannot be accepted as payment:

  • Debit cards
  • Visa Debit or Debit Mastercard at EPark machines.

Rates, hours and locations vary depending on where you park.

Pay Using an Account

Starting May 15, 2024, you can open a new account with HotSpot Parking to pay for daily parking and apply for parking permits such as monthly parking or residential parking. You can open it by downloading their app at Google Play or the App Store or visiting htsp.ca to open an account online without the app.

Currently, the City is helping MyEPark customers with large funds or shared accounts to transition to the new HotSpot mobile payment system. This process will take place from April 29 to May 15, 2024

In the interim, pay for parking using an EPark machine, Hotspot’s FastTap or online, which do not require an account.
