As of Wednesday June 26, 2024, the Waste Services and ETS Digital Assistants will be discontinued. The Digital Assistants were launched as a support tool during major changes in the services offered by Waste Services and ETS.
As residents have adjusted to these new systems, and other tools such as WasteWise and the ETS Trip Planner have become more established, the benefits offered by the Digital Assistant have been duplicated by other, more effective tools.
