Monthly parking is available at the Stanley A. Milner Library and Canada Place parkades. It is on a first-come, first-serve basis and during times of high demand due to scheduled events, such as the Teachers’ Convention, it is best to plan to arrive early.

City Hall Parkade is closed until further notice. Parking is available at Stanley A. Milner Library parkade or on-street. Contact 311 if you have questions related to the closure.
Starting June 1, monthly parking permits will be processed through a digital system powered by HotSpot. You can purchase permits using the HotSpot App or the Permit Portal.

After you set up your HotSpot account and apply for your permit, we recommend taking the following actions:
Monthly parking permits automatically expire at the end of the month. You may set your monthly permit to auto-renew if you wish to continually use it for successive months.
